with AM/FM Radio

TV OPERATON

1.  Rotate POWER downward to turn on the TV/radio.

2.  Set FUNC to TV

3.  Set TV BAND to the desired band.

   Channels:           Setting:

   2 through 6.........VHF-L

   7 through 13........VHF-H

   above 13............UHF

4.  Slowly rotate TUNING to the desired station.

5.  Adjust the built-in telescoping antenna for the best picture and
    sound.

6.  Adjust BRIGHT and CONT (CONTRAST) on the back of the TV/radio until
    the desired picture appears.

7.  Adjust V-HOLD on the back of the TV/radio to stop any vertical roll
    in the TV's picture.

Note:  If the image is blurry, unstable or has "snow," the signal
       reception may be weak.  This can be caused by the TV/radio's
       location or the telescoping antenna.  Buildings made with large
       amounts of steel can cause reception problems.  Try changing the
       position and length of the antenna.  If this does not help, use an
       outdoor antenna.

8.  Rotate VOLUME to your preferred listening level.

Using the Pedestal

The pedestal lets you tilt the TV up or down, or swivel it 45 degrees to
the left or right for the viewing angle.

To remove the pedestal, press down on the locking latch and slide the
pedestal away from the TV/radio.

To reinstall the pedestal, slide it back into the TV/radio's base until
it locks into place.

Radio Operation

1.  Set FUNC to AM or FM as desired.

2.  Slowly rotate TUNING to the desired station.

3.  Rotate VOLUME to your preferred listening level.

Radio Reception Tips

  If FM reception is weak, try using an outdoor antenna.  See "Connecting
  Antennas.")

  If AM reception is weak, this may be due to the distance of the station
  or the location of the TV/radio.  Turn the TV/radio in different
  directions for the best AM reception.
