The Radio Shack EC-447 Dual Powered LCD Pocket Calculator is powered by an
internal battery and a solar panel, so you can use your calculator
anywhere.  When there is enough light, the solar panel provides power for
your calculator.  The calculator automatically switches to battery power
when there is not enough light.

The EC-447 provides these features:

    Adjusta-Tilt Display - Lets you adjust the display to the best viewing
                           angle.

Eight Giant Jumbo Digits - Makes it easy to read calculation results.

       Four-Power Memory - Saves important subtotals.

   Square Root Functions - Lets you quickly find the square root of a
                           number.

     Percentage Function - Calculates add-on and discount percentages.

      Automatic Turn Off - Conserves battery power by turning off the
                           calculator about 6 minutes after the last
                           entry.

        Mark-Up Function - Helps you quickly determine a selling price
                           based on a given cost and the desired gross
                           profit margin.
